This lariat necklace is a modern statement piece. It is made with several strands of Stainless Steel Flex-Wire held together by a 22K gold-plate-over-sterling-silver band that is adjustable, so you can choose how the necklace hangs. On the gold coiled-band is a jump ring with a pearl attached and a 22k GEP tag that is marked with the designer's stamp RL on one side and on the reverse is stamped MADE IN GERMANY.
This necklace is done in the "lariat" length of necklaces. A lariat is a very, very long form of necklace on the sautoir or rope, without a clasp, often worn draped multiple times around the neck. This type of necklace is designed to be worn in the style of a lasso, so it looks like there are multi - tassles hanging down low in the center. It looks stunning on!
All throughout the strands are floating natural pearls and also tubes of sterling silver that have been plated in 22k gold and then polished to a brushed-matte finish.

DIMENSIONS:
This necklace hangs approximately 24" from your neck (this is the measurement of it's length when worn) and depending on where you slide the coiled band, it is adjustable to an inch or two in either direction. It almost hangs like a Bolo Tie. Please understand that this is a long necklace, not a choker.
There are approximately 20 pearls in all and they range in size from ⅛" - ¼" diameter. There are about 12 gold tubes on the rubber strands, ⅝" in length and some with the ⅛" pearls mounted on top. The necklace is extremely light-weight.
